Workmanship warranty
Covers leaks and failures caused by our installation, including flashing, nailing and ventilation work.

Manufacturer system warranty
Registered system warranties when a full manufacturer system is installed by a certified crew (sample).
- Shingle defect coverage, prorated after the non-prorated period

Repair warranty
Every repair ticket is covered for one year against leaks at the repaired area.

Keep your coverage intact
- Register your roof within 60 days; we do this for you after closeout.
- Call us before solar, satellite or HVAC contractors penetrate the roof.
- Keep gutters clear so water does not back up under the drip edge.
- Book a check after any hail event and keep the report.

No. Hail and wind beyond rated limits are insurance events, not warranty defects. That is why Class 4 materials and good insurance matter.
